Hashioki Chopstick and Spoon Rests
Description
Hashioki gets its name from “hashi,” the Japanese word for chopsticks, and in Japan, they often complete stunning table settings. What we admire about Ceramic Japan's hashioki, though, is that they are great for any cutlery — Japanese or Western.
Each ring has a subtle indent to support a pair of chopsticks, a fork or spoon, and when not being used as a rest, it can double as a napkin ring. A wooden stand allows the set of 5 to be neatly stacked away, perfect to pack up to take to outdoor picnic tables, or even keep on the dining table as a minimalist objet d'art.
